AccuTek Laboratories' state of the art facility is equipped with the most precise
calibration and environmental monitoring equipment available. All procedures are
performed on five and seven (0.0001mg) place computer controlled Mettler Balances
specifically chosen to meet and exceed the manufacturer's tolerances required to
properly calibrate all pipette models. All equipment is regularly inspected and
certified by outside vendors and exceeds the 4:1 ratio for Standards to UUT . Our
calibration procedures follow NCCLS, CAP, and CLIA, ISO guidelines for volumetric
measuring device certifications and are performed in a highly controlled environment
which meets all the temperature and humidity specifications of pipette manufacturers.
AccuTek's qualified technicians have completed extensive training in all aspects
of pipette calibration services in addition to GMP/GLP requirements. By maintaining
constant contact with the manufacturers, GMP Institute and other regulatory agencies,
our ever-increasing level of expertise makes our staff specialists in pipette calibration
and repair procedures for all brands of pipettes.
