We are looking for an experienced sales profession, who has either sold to the end users or with the selling experience in the biotech industry concentrating on the research sector. You will be required to continue to increase sales and service numbers at a very fast and aggressive rate, with opportunities for advancement. In this position your efforts will focus on promoting the company, our vast line of pipettes, tips and other liquid handling products as well as other laboratory consumables, and on selling of our high quality service and calibration programs. This position requires to make calls on the following type of accounts: Universities, Government Accounts, Pharmaceutical Accounts and any type of research institute.

The following territories are open:


New England Area
NC and VA Area
Florida Area

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain current sales of pipettes and service, meet quarterly and annual targets and quotas.

Promote company's high quality service program and our vast line of pipettes and consumables.

Participate in Regional vendor trade shows.

Report directly to the National sales manager and will require to produce quarterly sales plan and objectives.

Provide on site training and seminars on our vast line of products and service programs

Research and maintain current knowledge and familiarity with competing products, pricing and competitors’ marketing practices.

Responsible for automobile transportation (expenses reimbursed) and following established expense report guidelines.

Will require at least one week travel a month.

Job Requirements:

4 year college degree, preferably in a life science field or a business degree will do as well. Lab experience is a plus.

Excellent communication skills - verbally and written.

At least two years of sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in the life science or medical sales field.

Job Compensation:

Very competitive base salary and progressive commission structure.

Full time position, possible part time for right candidate.

An outside sales/service specialist is responsible for growing our business of pipettes and consumables within a specific territory and/or with specific accounts.

Atlanta, GA
Florida Area
Boston, MA

Seattle WA
Salt Lake City, UT

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain current customer relationships and bring in new customers through the sale of pipettes, consumables and service.

Promote company's high quality service program and our vast line of pipettes and consumables.

Face to face cold calling to laboratories, mostly on a college campus.

Contact management with customers and potential customers, including inputting of contact information into our computer system.

Job Requirements:

Lab experience is a plus.

Excellent communication skills.

Sales and/or customer service experience.

Friendly, outgoing and comfortable talking with new people.

Motivated by success and making money.

Job Compensation:

Very competitive commission structure (100% commission position).

Responsible for automobile transportation (parking costs will be reimbursed upon approval).

Flexible work schedule - part time and full time positions available.

Role will handle servicing and calibrating liquid measuring instruments (pipettes), occasional customer service

To carry out job of receiving of incoming products and instruments and shipping of finished products to customers as well as responsibility of picking up and delivering products to customers, occasional customer service, multitasking.

Job Responsibilities:

Unpacking of incoming boxes, check quantity received versus packing list.
Packing finished product, creating shipping labels and verification of documents.
Inventory and warehouse maintenance
Local pick-up and delivery of orders to and from customers.
Occasional Customer Service

Scope and collect marketing requirements, provide guidance on best practices for advanced targeting, website performance optimization, and yield optimization. Leverage industry and product knowledge to address our business and technology needs. The responsibilities of this position also include the layout, visual appearance, usability, and functionality of the websites and maintenance of effective online presence and advertising.

Job Responsibilities:

Web Designer:
Support current website design and promotional tools, based on specific instructions requested by our marketing department
Interface with internal web engineer to clarify the website goals, the resources needed to achieve these goals, and the time frame in which to complete these tasks.

Desktop Publisher:
3-5+ years in print/catalog industry.
Expert knowledge in design applications.
Must be creative, detailed-oriented, well organized and able to thrive within a deadline driven environment.
Ability to maintain schedules and prioritize volume of work.

Online Advertising:

Website optimization
Proven ability to drive projects to a successful and timely conclusion.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong knowledge of best online advertising techniques
Experience in online publishing or advertising, or a passion to learn

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in basic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Image Ready, and Dreamweaver is required. The candidate must also be knowledgeable in basic programming and on-line advertising tools and techniques.
